What this site collects
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional organization, the answers you give for your type of inquiry, and your message. This site does not ask for medical information and is not designed to receive it. Please do not send protected health information through the form, by email, or by phone message.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs for security and operation. If we add analytics or other tools, we will update this policy first.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss studies, sites, or partnerships.
- To keep records of business communications.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host this site and process form submissions, with study partners when you ask us to connect you, and when the law requires it. We handle information about a specific study, patient, or site only as the applicable consent, IRB approval, and agreements allow.
Patients and families
This site is for general information. Whether you can take part in a study is decided by the study team after you give informed consent, not through this site.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact form on this site or email info@cmbhclinical.com to make a request, and we will respond as the law requires. We apply these choices to everyone who contacts us, including California residents.
Retention and security
We keep business correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent and for legal record keeping, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of sending information over the internet is fully secure.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date.

This site is provided for general information about CMBH Clinical Research and clinical studies. It is not medical advice, and using it does not create a doctor and patient relationship. Talk with your own doctor about your care.
No offer to enroll
Nothing here is an invitation or an offer to join a particular study, and nothing promises that a study will benefit you. Eligibility and enrollment are decided by the study team after informed consent, under an IRB-approved protocol.
No payment for referrals
We do not pay or accept payment for referring patients to a study. Payments to sites and investigators are made under written agreements at fair market value for work performed.
Our model, our partners, and availability
This site describes our model, the network we are building, and tools that are in development. Research Intelligence is described as a plan and is not an available or validated service. Descriptions of partners and their experience come from information those organizations publish, and are described as reported by them. The availability of any site, investigator, partner, or service for a particular study is confirmed only in a written agreement for that study. Past experience does not guarantee the result of any future study.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential protocol or sponsor information through this site until a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Ownership and use
The content and marks on this site belong to YGV Freedom Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the site for personal or business information, and may not copy it for another purpose without permission.
No warranties and limits of liability
